2024 Grace Celli Scholarship Application

1)You must have played a minimum of five [5] years in the Leominster Lassie Youth League.
2) Must have given back to Leominster Lassie League in some way, such as Volunteering, coaching, clean up etc.
3) Complete the application and submit it to Leominster Lassie League prior to the deadline of May 1, 2024.
4) Submit proof of payment for first semester’s tuition to the Leominster Lassie League treasurer before December 31st , 2024 in order to receive the scholarship.

All completed applications will be reviewed by the Leominster Lassie League Board of Directors for final approval
